Orders are cut by hand to your exact requested meterage. Processing takes 1–2 business days before courier dispatch. You will receive real-time tracking details as soon as your bolt departs the facility.
Because fabrics are cut to measure specifically for your commission, cut lengths cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mill manufacturing defect or transit damage. We encourage ordering sample swatches (€1.00) beforehand to verify color and texture.
In the rare event of a mill flaw or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@suurma-int.com with photographic documentation for an immediate replacement or full refund.
